Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days. Overnight shipping via FedEx Priority delivers in 1 business day. We typically ship within 1–2 business days of your order being placed.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under $75, standard shipping is $6.99. Express shipping is 2.99 and Overnight shipping via FedEx Priority is $24.99.
We offer hassle-free 30-day returns. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. To start a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return.
To exchange an item, return the original item within 30 days (following our return policy) and place a new order for the correct size or color. This is the fastest way to get the right item. Email us at [email protected] if you need assistance.

Yes, we ship to Alaska and Hawaii! Standard shipping rates apply ($6.99), and delivery may take slightly longer than the continental US. Please note that Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. Estimated delivery for AK/HI is 7–10 business days.
We begin processing orders quickly! If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us within 2 hours of placing it at [email protected] or call (561) 555-0147. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or modify it, but you can return it using our 30-day return policy.
We're so sorry to hear that! Please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
Garment care varies by item. Most of our clothing can be machine washed in cold water on a gentle cycle and tumble dried on low. For delicate items (like our Linen Blend Shirt Dress or Boho Festival Top), hand washing is recommended. Always check the care label inside your garment for specific instructions. To preserve colors and graphics, wash dark garments inside out.
Our clothing comes in sizes XS through 2XL, with some styles available in 3XL and 4XL. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for specific measurements. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Our bottoms are sized by waist in inches (24–38).
Each product page includes a detailed size chart with measurements in both inches and centimeters. To measure, use a soft measuring tape: Chest — measure around the fullest part. Waist — measure around the narrowest part. Hips — measure around the fullest part. If you're still unsure, feel free to email us and we'll help you find the perfect fit.
Most of our clothing fits true to size. Some of our oversized styles (like the Street Art Oversized Tee) are designed to be worn loose — the product description will indicate if an item runs large or small. When in doubt, consult the size chart on the product page or contact us for guidance.

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
