This Shipping Policy explains everything you need to know about how we ship, our delivery timelines, and your options. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume (such as holidays or major sales), processing times may extend to 2–3 business days. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay with your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

Domestic Shipping Options

We offer three domestic shipping methods to accommodate your schedule and budget. All rates are calculated per order, not per item. Please note that all delivery timeframes are business days and do not include weekends or federal holidays.

🚚 Standard Shipping — $6.99 | FREE on orders $75+
Estimated Delivery: 5–7 Business Days
Carriers: USPS / UPS / FedEx
The most economical option. Ideal for orders where time is not critical. Arrives within 5 to 7 business days after shipping. Carrier is selected at our discretion based on your delivery location and package size.

⚡ Express Shipping — 2.99
Estimated Delivery: 2–3 Business Days
Carriers: UPS / FedEx
Need it sooner? Our express option delivers within 2 to 3 business days after shipping. Perfect for when you need your order in a hurry but don't require next-day delivery.

🌙 Overnight Shipping — $24.99
Estimated Delivery: 1 Business Day
Carrier: FedEx Priority
Our fastest option, delivered the next business day via FedEx Priority. Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM EST on a business day to qualify for same-day shipping. Overnight orders placed after 12:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on federal holidays will ship the next business day.

Free Shipping Threshold

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75.00 or more (before taxes). This free shipping threshold applies to standard shipping only within the contiguous United States. The $75 threshold is calculated on the subtotal of your order, after any discounts or promotions have been applied.

Free shipping does not apply to Express or Overnight shipping options. To take advantage of free shipping, simply choose Standard Shipping at checkout when your cart total reaches $75.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

We proudly ship to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI)! Standard shipping rates apply for deliveries to these states ($6.99 per order). Please be aware of the following:

  • Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold.
  • Estimated delivery for Alaska and Hawaii is 7–10 business days via standard shipping.
  • Express and Overnight shipping may not be available to all addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.
  • If Express or Overnight shipping is not available for your AK/HI address, you will be notified at checkout and offered standard shipping instead.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with the following trusted carriers to deliver your orders:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service) — frequently used for standard shipping to residential addresses.
  • UPS (United Parcel Service) — used for both standard and express deliveries.
  • FedEx — used for express and overnight (FedEx Priority) shipments.

The specific carrier used for your shipment is selected at our discretion based on factors including your delivery location, package dimensions, and current carrier availability. All carriers provide tracking information.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website:

  • USPS: usps.com
  • UPS: ups.com
  • FedEx: fedex.com

Please allow up to 24 hours from the time you receive your shipping confirmation for tracking information to be updated in the carrier's system. If your tracking information hasn't updated after 48 hours, please contact us at [email protected].

Delivery Issues

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please: (1) Check with neighbors or household members. (2) Check any safe drop locations at your address. (3) Contact your local post office or carrier facility. (4) Wait 24 hours, as packages are sometimes marked as delivered before they physically arrive.

If your package is still missing after 3 business days of the marked delivery date, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We will work with the carrier to file a claim and will send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. BE DATS BRACELETS AND MOREis not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an address error immediately after placing your order, contact us at[email protected] within 2 hours and we will do our best to correct it before the order ships.

Weekend & Holiday Processing

Our fulfillment team operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a federal holiday). We observe all federal holidays, which may affect processing and shipping times around major holiday periods.
