If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward, hassle-free 30-day return policy. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following criteria:
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date (as shown in your tracking information).
- Items must be unworn and unwashed — in the same condition you received them.
- Items must have all original tags attached.
- Items must be in their original packaging (if applicable).
- Items must not have been altered, damaged, or show signs of use.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Items that have been damaged through improper care or normal wear and tear.
- Gift cards (once purchased, gift cards are non-refundable).
How to Initiate a Return
Starting a return is simple. Follow these steps to get your return process underway:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Return Request — Order #[your order number]".
- Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Our customer service team will respond within 1–2 business days with your Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Pack your item(s) securely and include your RA number inside the package.
- Ship your return to the address provided in our return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns within the contiguous United States. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label once your return request is approved. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.
For returns from Alaska or Hawaii, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received at our facility, our quality inspection team will review the item to confirm it meets our return eligibility criteria. This inspection typically takes 1–2 business days.
After the inspection is complete, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method (PayPal balance or the credit/debit card used at the time of purchase via PayPal). Please note that your financial institution may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the refund to your account — this timing is outside of our control.
You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. If you do not see the refund after 10 business days of receiving our refund notification, please contact your bank or PayPal directly.
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as separate transactions to ensure you receive the correct item as quickly as possible. To exchange an item:
- Return the original item using the process described above.
- Place a new order for the item in the correct size or color.
- Once we receive your return and it passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, please email us at [email protected]within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or defect
We will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. You are not required to return damaged or defective items in most cases — we'll take your word for it and make it right.
Wrong Item Received
If you received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us at [email protected]within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the incorrect item. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no cost and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. To cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected] or call (561) 555-0147. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please use our return process after receiving your order.
